This company has awesome customer service from the girls in the office to the field techs . They are so reasonable and honest, they care about their customers . They have made me a loyal customer, because they have valued me.

Paul, the technician, did a great job. Quick to respond. Identified my problem and gave me great guidance moving forward. This company is very professional. It was a pleasure dealing with Paul. They even offer service contracts, which I signed up for!

We are very pleased with Accu-Temp. They recently sold and installed a new Trane system at our home. From pre-sale through the final inspection they have been exceptional. The owner Chuck is a high quality person and the people he employs are high quality as well.

We were impressed right from the beginning with the presentation by Chuck the owner who helped us with the right choice of financing as well as the secretary Camille who had such patience with us and finally Paul the installer who did a great job with not only the installation but, recommendations about how to keep our new AC up and running. Accu-Temp replaced my original unit. When there was an issue with a part covered under warranty they quickly did an analysis and ordered the necessary part. It was installed quickly and in an efficient manner.

A friend referred me to Chuck. Not only was he affordable and trustworthy but he wrote the wrote the book on the Customer experience. Living on the beach presents humidity challenges and after installing 3 new units Chuck monitored temp and humidity for weeks until it was completely dialed in. He was quick to respond to concerns and was always texting me updates. He kept my units on his Honeywell remote app in my absence to make sure Humidity was always in check. He also repaired an issue that wasn’t his and revisited the job on several occasion over several weeks. As a business owner myself I can’t say enough great things about my experience. Chuck is the real deal in an industry fought with fly-by-night contractors !

I originally called for a 2nd opinion after 2 companies insisted my 7 yrs old unit needed to be replaced! Accutemp fixed it for $200 (the thermostat) n the only trouble I’ve had since then is regular maintenance and clearing the occasional drain. They’re honest, knowledgeable, and just really some Stand-Up Guys! Most recently, I had a broken foot so was about to have to send my painter home when the guys hired to haul my refrigerator didn’t show up. Rich tapped my painter and they had it hauled to the side of the road before I could even call another company! They have saved me lots of stress and money the most importantly, remind me that there are still good people in this world. Thanks a million, Accu-temp!
