Spring has sprung your air conditioning unit been serviced within the last six months? If not, now is the time! Especially with the hot weather right around the corner, it is time to get your bi-annual maintenance done! If you are due in April, expect a phone call from us shortly to get you on the schedule.
Before we continue, we would like to point out that we are still operating normally, despite what virus situation is going on. For the time being, we plan to continue to operate normally and continue doing all of the same types of work we normally do. With that being said, we want to assure you that we have your best interest in mind. For the safety of your family and our technicians, our technicians will be equipped with surgical masks, gloves, and disinfectant wipes.
With that being said, get yourself on our schedule to have your air conditioning maintained so it continues to work in tip-top shape as we approach the hotter months.
If you haven’t changed your filter in quite some time, be sure to do that now! (Or give us a call. Just another reason why you need us!) When we come out to perform maintenance, if your system has a normal size 1-inch filter, it is included in your service.

Next time your system turns on, listen to it and take notice if it makes any weird noises. If it does, bring that to the attention of your technician. Or if you notice that when your system turns on that it cannot keep cool, that is something to bring attention to your technician as well. These are just a couple of things to take note of.
When your maintenance is performed, we will also bring any potential issues to your attention right away. For instance, if we notice your outdoor unit has a very rusty part, we will let you know, especially if we think it may need to be repaired soon.
